Congratulations to the tremendously talented Zane Trace Middle School and High School students who participated in the Ohio Music Education District 16 Honor Band Concert on Saturday, March 29th! It was an impressive and moving concert! Way to go, Isobel Quinn, Madalyn Lombardo, Andrea Carroll, Blake Knight, Silas Ruggles, Vernon Holdren, Sam Goodman, Addison Borland, and Carly Mead! Zane Trace Theater presents Jungle Book Kids April 4th and 5th at 7pm. Tickets will be sold at the door. Doors will be open at 6pm. $5 for students and $10 for Adults. All tickets come with a souvenir Playbill program. All seats are General Admission.

Individual rewards received at the District 12 Science Day: Ali Payton, Elise DePugh, and Robert Whittington all received Superiors! All three also received a scholarship and can attend the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair as observers! If you are interested in taking CCP courses next year for the first time, you must attend a mandatory CCP meeting with the college where you are taking courses. The last meeting date for OUC is tonight, Wednesday, March 26, at 5:30 p.m. BPA members participating in the Special Olympics Bowl-a-Thon need to have their consent form and sponsorship money turned in by tomorrow to participate. The Ohio Academy of Science District 12 Science Day was held on Saturday, March 23 at Ohio University. The results are in! Zane Trace High School tied with Athens High School as the District 12 Champs! Both schools received a 100% Superior Rating! Individual Rewards: Ali Payton, Elise DePugh, and Robert Whittington all received Superiors! All three also received a scholarship and can attend the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair as observers! The third nine weeks PBIS reward trip allowed for these Pioneers to put their bowling skills to the test! Incentives connected to Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports has been one factor that has helped student discipline referrals to decrease by 58% in comparison to the 2023-2024 school year.
