Congratulations to the 7th-12th Grade Zane Trace Marching Band on a great performance at the Ross County Fair on Monday, August 10th. They have been putting in a lot of work throughout July and have had a great start to their season!
They would like to invite everyone to breakfast on Saturday, August 15th at the ZT Sausage Booth (7am-2pm) and to their Car Wash on Sunday, August 16th by Steak 'n Shake (10am-2pm). Portions of all proceeds will go towards replacing their current marching band uniforms, yearly operating costs, and their next Florida trip.
Their next big event is the 15th Annual ZT Band Boosters Car and Bike Show held at Zane Trace High School on Saturday, August 29th. The 7th-12th Grade Marching Band will perform at 12:30pm. They will be serving great food and have activities for kids of all ages.

Congratulations to the talented Zane Trace Band Members who performed with the Ross County Summer Youth Band on Sunday, August 9th at the 2026 Ross County Fair! Way to go, Carleigh Tackett, Emily Barker, Scarlett Houts, Addison Janes, Hannah Kazee, Paisley Shaffer, Jasmine Gillow, Kate Congrove, Freya Conrad, Cameron Waller, Wesson Harmon, and Walker Harmon! They worked hard throughout the month of July to prepare and are off to a great start for the new school year!

💙 High school is just around the corner once you hit middle school, so now is a great time to get prepared to be part of the ZTHS swim team! The Ross County YMCA has a great program to teach swim techniques and it's starting soon! 💙

The Zane Trace 5th-12th Grade Band will be washing cars by Steak 'n' Shake on Saturday, June 6th from 10am-2pm to raise money to replace the current uniforms. Swing by and spread the word.

The original goal was to raise about $35,000 over a year ago. Through a lot of hard work and the help of the ZT community and beyond, we are less than $10,000 from that goal now. The sixth grade had a blast today at Field Day. Each team competed extremely well, and we all had an amazing day of fun!
Our 6th graders have been carving their path all year by setting their goals and celebrating their achievements each quarter. Their journey has ended for this year, but we know they will continue to carve their path throughout the rest of their years at Zane Trace.

The Zane Trace Jr. High Honor Society and Student Council had a blast day at Triple Crown for their Academic and Leadership Reward Trip!
Last Day of School
Congratulations to the 4x800 relay team for breaking the school record at our Zane Trace Invitational on April 28. This team included Braxton Ward, Mason Warnement, Houston Joosse, and Nick Johnson. The new record time is now 10:19.54
