Triple Crown Family Fun Center was host to a lot of Pioneers today! The students' attending the trip met the criteria for the second nine weeks PBIS reward.

A Huge Thank You for Your Support! Our Business Professionals of America (BPA) chapter is thrilled with the amazing response to our Shoe Drive in just the first week! Your generous donations will make a big difference! But we’re not done yet! This drive continues through March 7, 2025, so there’s still plenty of time to clean out your closets and bring in more new or gently used shoes. All sizes and styles are welcome (NO SKATES), as long as they’re in good condition (clean and without holes or damage). Drop-off boxes are located near the offices of the elementary, middle, and high schools. Stay tuned for details on the upcoming Drop-Off Drive-thru in February! Let’s keep the momentum going and make this shoe drive a massive success! Thank you for supporting BPA and helping us make a difference.

Date 1/16/25 Daily Announcements There will be an FCA meeting today during lunch in the high school gym. The monthly meeting of the ZT FFA Chapter will take place during lunch in the Ag Shop. The menu is walking tacos, brownies, and sweet tea. Any Junior who is interested in being on the Prom committee for Prom 2025, today is the last day to sign up in the office. Any Junior who is interested in being on the Prom committee for Prom 2025, the sign up sheet will be in the High School office through Thursday, January 16th. The BPA chapter is hosting a school-wide shoe drive now through March 7. If you have any gently used shoes at home—from baby to adult sizes (no skates, please!)—we encourage you to consider donating them. You may bring your shoes to Mrs. Thornton or Ms. Black’s room or utilize the drop box which will be available outside the office for your convenience. There is a BPA officer’s meeting tomorrow during lunch in Ms. Black’s room. A reminder that PBIS Field Trip permission forms are due on Tuesday for those students’ that received a form. The boys' basketball games scheduled for January 11th against Vinton County have been postponed.

1/11/25 Athletic Event Changes Girls' Basketball vs Paint Valley - Postponed. The make-up date is to be determined. Wrestling at Amanda - Canceled Due to the level 2 snow emergency, the swim team and powerlifting club team did not travel to their meets. Another meet is being picked up by the powerlifting club team. Boys' basketball games are still on at the moment, but a final decision will be made later this morning.

Zane Trace BPA Shoe Drive It’s time to clean out those closets and make a difference! We’re collecting new and gently used shoes of all sizes and styles (NO SKATES) now through March 7, 2025! Shoes must be in good condition (clean and hole-free). Drop your donations in the collection boxes located outside the office of each school (elementary, middle, high). Got too many shoes to carry? Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered with a Drop-Off Drive-Thru during student pick-up times! Dates to be announced, so stay tuned! Together, we can give these shoes a second life and support a great cause.
