5th graders enjoyed their first nine weeks PBIS award today! Those who met all the requirements were treated to free recess play time on the playground this morning. It was a little chilly, but they had a great time!
This month eighth grade students showed off their artistic talents in American History class. Each student created a T-shirt design to represent their favorite topic or event from the colonial time period in American history.

Atomic Credit Union kicked off student-run banking at ZTMS today! This program encourages saving money and is free to join. There will be incentives throughout the year. Youth members enjoy higher interest rates and no fees. If you'd like your child to get involved, you can apply online at www.atomiccu.com and click on "Student-Run" tab. Banking will be available during lunch on Wednesdays.
📝 Writing is more fun when you get to interview one of your classmates. Students in seventh grade English are spending the week conducting interviews and composing informative essays.

What does a Positive Pioneer look like at ZTMS? First, students must meet criteria to earn the quarterly reward. How do they do that? Well, the sixth graders have set goals. Check out their plans for qualifying for the first quarter reward.
