On Thursday, February 2 Zane Trace Chapter Officers Stephanie Glass, Audrey Hoey, and Amber Ginter turned in their officer books for evaluation at the district level. Stephanie Glass, chapter reporter, created this yearís chapter scrapbook compiled of snapshots, news articles, and newsletters from throughout the year. Audrey Hoey, Secretary kept record of correspondence and minutes from meetings to make up her book. Our treasurer, Amber Ginter, had perhaps the most challenging book, which was a full record of receipts and expenses, keeping track of chapter finances.
The ladies worked diligently, checking and rechecking their books before submitting them to ensure that they would bring home gold ratings. These gold rated officer books do their part to help up stand Zane Trace ís reputation as one of the best-known and well-respected chapters in Ohio. Officer books are a big responsibility and require a large amount of work, along with commitment and time. This yearís officers did exceptionally well on their books, and agree that this was most definitely a learning experience.
